Bypass Surgery Done, Lung Infection, Throat Paralysis, Voice Lost. Treatment?

my father has lost the voice recently before 3 months back due to parylasis at throat and he has heart patient the bypass surgery has done in escort in the year 2002. Now is it possible that voice can return as the doctors said that he has lung infection both the side what should be the treatment can you suggest me.
