Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
Your wife started with buzzing sound in the ear, and lead to the dizziness. It is due to the infection of the internal ear.
She may need to have the M.R.I, for diagnosis. So i advise you to consult an E.N.T.surgeon for diagnosis and treatment.
I to my patient with such symptoms prescribe erythromycin500mg, seudoephidrine hydrochloride, ammonium chloride, levocitrizine, cinnerzine and domperidone.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
