Hello! I have recently had a partial discectomy (L5S1) which is healing fine, the op was two weeks ago. The purpose of procedure was to relieve loss of semsation, and this is starting to bear fruit. I had very little bowel or bladder sensation before the op and had to manually evacuate regularly. this has all improved tremendously

Over the last 48 hours I have developed a "buzzing" feeling just inside my anus, it comes and goes at random.

I guess it is a nerve waking thing, but am I right? And is likely to be permanent. It's irritating, but a small price to pay if so.
