Buttocks Burning, Sore, Hurting. Diagnosed As Staph, Psedomonas, Shingles. Treated With Ampicillin, Clindamycin, Bactrium, Levaquin. Symptoms Persist

Was diagnosed with staph in the crack of my behind in May of 2013. It cleared up with Ampicillin and Clindimycin. Back in August I started feeling the same pain. Called my gyn/ob and he prescribed Bactrim over the phone. No better a week later so I went in and he said no, it was definitely not healed so changed to Ampicillin and did a scraping. It came back pseudomonas, no staph. Then he prescribed Levaquin. Went to my regular doctor in September for 3 month checkup and mentioned all that had happened and all my symptoms and he said he thought I was getting over having shingles and prescribed Val.... (can t remember how to spell it.) Well, here it is November and I m still hurting, burning, sore, hot. Sometimes I don t think I can stand it anymore. Do you have any ideas for me? (I am supposedly allergic to sulfa drugs and didn t realize Bactrim was a sulfa drug.)
