Burning Sensation, Pain On Urinating. Urine Test Shows Pus Cells, RBCs. Can UTI Cause Infertility?

hello i have a regular period but this month before the period time i am burn and hurt during pee i made a urine test and found 100-120 pus cells and 100 RBCs in my urine test i ask does this urinary tract infection can delay my pregnancy ?? especially that i have about 6 month delay and no pregnacny this complain is for my sister

your symptom is of severe urinary tract infection(100-120 pus cells)
you must go for uriary culture and sensitivity.
you must go for antibiotic course and urine alkalinizer.
UTI usually don't causes delay in pregnancy until it involves the genital organ to cause pelvic inflammatory disease.
