Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
Your mother is having symptoms due to a nerve root compression. An MRI of the spine will help in determining the extent of damage. She can have methylcobalamin and Vitamin B complex supplements to help with her symptoms.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
