Get urine culture/sensitivity done and suitable antibiotic be given, plenty of water, and if urine is acidic on routine urine report, give him citralka syrup 4 times a day 2 tsf mixed in half cup of water.Get ultrasound for prostate, kidney, ureter and bladder. At his age sometimes prostate is enlarged and it causes infection of residual urine in bladder. After these tests only the cause would be found and further treatment be guided.
