hi there , the problem u r mentioning might be APD, treatment for such conditions is precautions than going for medicines , firstly maintain timings in food, avoid spicy and oily stuff ,fried items , stress is one major cause, please take adequate liquids ,avoid fatty and junk food . start tab nexprofast40mg before breakfast and syp polycrol/sucral/ulgel 3tsf trice daily before food . follow all the thngs as mentioned an if u donot have a releif get a UGI ENDOSCOPY ALONG WITH A USG ABDOMEN ,x-ray chest to see any bony/ribs pathologyand an ECG also to rule out any cardiac problem.
