Bumps On Thumb, Rashes On Chin, Redness. Was It Bacteria?

My daughter woke up two days ago with tiny bumps on her thumb and like a red rash on her chin. Took her to the doctor and they said it was a bacteria that reacted that way. The next day the tiny bumps turned into several pussed filled bumps. I have been applying the medicated creams the doctor gave me and its not working. They said the bumps should go away within three days. Its only been one day. But why is she getting worse? She is not itchy but they re there. Can u tell me more wat they could be?

Hi,
It seems that she might have some allergic reaction due to some insect bite or some internal allergens.
Give her a course of antibiotic and antihistamine like Benadryl or Cetrizine medicines.
Ok and take care.
