Bumps On Inside Of Buttocks. No Pain. What Is It?

Good afternoon and thanks..I have 2 small bumps; one the size of a pencil eraser and firm, other is a little more elongated. These are on the inside of my buttocks not too far from the anus . I had a cyst in this area a couple of years ago that was removed via an office surgical procedure. I m thinking They re Back! ...not really painful or anything like that. At times they seem slightly firmer than at other times. What have I?

Hi i think the bumps on the buttocks can be keliods and hypertrophic scars due to surgery to cysts previously on the buttocks or it can be reappearance of cysts.first do a biopsy and confirm the diagnosis.then treat accordingly.if it is a cyst reopen and repeat surgery done.if it keliod or hypertrophic scar try intralesional steriod tramphecilone once in fortnight
