Bump On Areola, Sensitive To Touch. Ingrown Hair, Solution?

Hello, I am a 27 y/o male. Yesterday, I noticed a bump on my left areola a bit smaller than the size of an eraser on pencil. It is sensitive to touch (rubbing on the inside of my shirt, drying off after a shower, etc). I have not attempted to squeeze or pick at it. My initial thought was that it may be an ingrown hair .
