Bump In Buttocks, Hurts To Touch. No Pus Or Redness. How Can I Fix The Problem?

Hi I am 18 years old and i recently found a small bump on the inside of my left buttcheek. It only hurts when i touch it and it does not look like a pimple . I see no signs of puss or anything and it is not very red but it still hurts a little when I touch it and I was wondering what it might be and how I can fix the problem? Please and thank you.

hi dear this may be a problem of ingrown hair. if possible try to remove hair from that area, using a hair removal cream will be better than shaving. also use an antibiotic cream like mupirocine twice daily for 7 days.u ll be fine
