Bulky Uterus With Intramural And Sub-serous Fibroids. Treated With Medication. What Else Can Be Done?

what is the right treatment for bulky uterus with intramural and subserous fibroids and endometrial polyp. Is the uterus is to be removed by operation or can the same be treated by medicines and what is the duration of the treatment. There are 2 intramural fibroids of upto 33.0x30.8 in diameter & 22.9x17.3 in diameter subserous fibroid also there is 17.0x9.4mm endometrial polyp. Please advice.

Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have
intramural and sub serous fibroids with bulky uterus.and endometrial polyp.

Since fibroid uterus is always associated with symptoms like menorrhoea and excessive bleeding leading to anaemia. It is always advisable to get the uterus removed.(Hysterectomy) as there is no permanent medical treatment that can cure the fibroids.
Please consult qualified Gynaecologist for clinical assessment and further treatment.
