Uterus is bulki in size and anteverted in shape. Myometrial echoes appear hetrogeneous. Endometrial thickness is normal and measures 8mm. Cervix and vaginal canal appears normal. Both the ovaries are normal in size, shape and echotexture. Both ovaries show cyst of size 9x7 mm on right side and 10x8 mm on left side.
