Yesterday evening discovered bruise on medial gastrocnemius with hard small round lump at center. Pain radiates up and down leg. Took anti inflammatory before bed. Bruising faded but still present at about 2 inches diameter, very tender to light touch, and hard small round center remains. I bruise easily, but never without injury before or with this hard round lump. Any information or advice would be appreciated.
