Brown spotting or discharge at least 7 days prior to period. I'm on implanon, for almost 3 months... sex is unprotected and have been getting nausea with occasional vomiting, extreme fatigue, moody, bloating, occasional vaginal pains, constant urination, headaches, general malaise all the time and boobs are tender. My body temperature is extremely hot but no fever, basal temperature is hot too. I know that these can be general side effects but I cannot tell the difference between implantation bleeding or just normal period thats coming. I've just had a baby 4mths ago and concerned that I may be pregnant.
