Brown Spots Towards My Neck, Is It A Type Of Ringworm ?

I have brown circular spots which have a overlaying pattern that migrate towards my neck and often clump in bunches around my shoulder blades. They itch around my neck and shoulders. They are flat and dont hurt. I also have a patch around my side by my breast.
