Bright Green Particles In Stool
I am a 26 year old female. For the past few days, I ve had stomach pains, and regular color stool but it had a layer of bright green feather-like particals all over it. Is this a sign of infection? Will this go away on its own?

yes it vill go away by itself but if see blood then please consult your physician,,,take some pain killer ,,if symptoms still persisit go for USG of lower abdomen.
