Breast Swelling, Black Discoloration, Marked Induration. Treatment With Amoxycilin?

Hi I am a practising pathologist and have come across a 37 year old patient with Left breast swelling, Blackish discoloration of breast skin and marked induration of breast substance without any sore or furuncle. mammography is normal. No axillary nodes, no mass in breast. Irregular subcutaneous collections seen in randomly selected areas. FNAC aspirates show thin pinkish fluid only with few neutrophils and foamy histiocyte only. TLC initially was 15,000/- H/O treatment with amoxycilin and anti inflammatory agents and some improvement. Black discoloration is persisting. Now 15 days have passed. Present TLC is 9600/mm3. HIV - Negative. What should we think of?
