Bottle Or Breast Feeding. Which Is OK For A 1 Week Old Baby?

I have a 1 week old baby girl and am really wanting her to get the best of what I have to offer her. I currently feed her from bottles because she hasn't learned to latch on and I'm afraid that she may be confused with all the bottlefeeding I've been doing. Is it ok to express my breastmilk and give it to her through the bottle instead of actually letting her on my breasts?

Hi.. Yes, you may do that.. But you may have to continue to hold the kid in the proper position for a some more time.. You can take the help of elders in the family or a nurse to see if you are positioning rightly.. And if the symptoms persists an evaluation by a pediatrician may be necessary..
