I AM 58, FEMALE. I HAVE A FEW AUTO-IMMUNE DISORDERS FOR MANY YEARS
SINCE I CAN REMEMBER MY NORMAL TEMP IS AROUND 97.4 TO 97.6
I HAVE BEEN FEELING VERY BAD FOR ABOUT 11 OR 12 WEEKS
TEMPS HAVE BEEN RUNNING WELL BELOW NORM
DAY BEFORE YESTERDAY ALL DAY TEMP WAS 95.2 - 95.6
VERY WEAK AND HURTING IN MY BODY, I DO HAVE A DR APT ON FRI BUT WOULD LIKE SOME INPUT NOW

hello..this is dr xxx..as you have not mentioned your ailments,treatment and general health status..i suggest you to maintain a warm ambient room temperature,avoid exposure to cold weather,take plenty of warm liquids,preferably milk ,milk products,use warm electric blankets if required,take care of your skin ,continue your regular medication ..consult your doctor and proceed as his advice..and stay healthy..bye
