Welcome to HCM

Hello, the symptoms you have mentioned as collapsing or shaking of arms and legs, confusion, blurred vision, twisting of arms, paralysis of extremities etc. are most likely due to some seizure discharge. If they occurred without any specific cause then I advise you to please visit a Neurologist for proper opinion. Investigations like EEG is needed to rule out any abnormal electrical activity in brain. Imaging study with MRI is needed to rule out any anatomical pathology. So please visit a psychiatrist/ neurologist for detailed evaluation.
