Blood pressure of 195/100, I need help

blood pressure of 195/100 and im only 22! I need help, can anyone tell me? ok well heres the deal, my blood pressure is all over the place. The doctors think I have white coat syndrome, and the problem is I cannot get over taking my blood pressure. When the doc tells me I gotta take a blood pressure test my hearts starts beating really fast and hard, sometimes I start sweating and my eyes get blood shot red plus my face gets red. The doc first told me I had high blood pressure when I was in 10th grade, my reading was like 145/85 and ever since then I have had a great fear of measuring my blood pressure. Im really confused, and no I cannot take the home test....its not the doc that scares me...its taking my blood pressure that scares me. I want it to be low so bad that I get really nervous, anyways it ranges from 120-70 to 215-110....recently it was 195/100. I get more nervous when I take my blood pressure then I do when I make a public speech. I think my real blood pressure is around 140/85 which is still high. I eat very badly, like 6 double cheeseburgers an I eat very badly, like 5 double chesseburgers from mcdonalds and 2 large pizzas from dominos. I dont eat fruits or veggies ever, maybe one fruit or veggie per year on average? So can extreme stress make ones BP raise say 30 points or more....isnt there night time cuffs I can wear when I sleep to see what my real blood pressure is? Thanks im thin and tall, I look very healthy. Thanks for the great answers, I need the 24 hour cuff for sure. Im going to change my diet and all....I would rather avoid the drugs because well I think they can do alot of harm. I think I can lower it naturally.
