My resting heart rate has been high for the past week like 80-90 bpm, my blood pressure is a lil high to 131/85 I also have tingling feeling in my feet. I don't know wats going on I've gone to the emergency room like 3 times for this and they ran blood test and checked my chest with a xray. They told me everything looks normal and it could be anxiety, but I don't have a stressful full life at all. Wat is wrong please help. Im a 21 year old man

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Tingling in the feet can be related to different causes. The most common are: (1) neuralgia- pain or abnormal sensation related to abnormal structure or function of the nerves

(2) related to the circulation in the feet

(3)diabetes

(4)vitamin deficiency such as vitamin B1, B12, B6

(5)systemic diseases such as liver or kidney disease

(6)trauma

If it continues then you can consider visiting your doctor to be evaluated for one of these conditions.

I hope this helps
