bright red blood my friend on the toilet paper usually is nothing to be alarmed about, it is usually either a hemorrhoid or a small cut the rectal or anal region just inside, and is usually treated with either creams or suppositories given twice a day for 2 weeks to decrease the swelling and inflammation around the area. Unless you had excessive bleeding, like cupfuls, this is probably not related injury lightheadedness is not because you have depleted too much blood. Urine extra skin should not give you circulation problems except for swelling in her ankles. Swelling can cause compression on the nerves and causing the numbness in the feet, which can be treated with medications for neuropathy like gabapentin. Hope this helps, and I hope you have a nice day.
