Blood in phlegm after coughing, back pain, neck spasm

4 days ago I woke up and upon clearing my throat there was blood in my phlegm . I was also experiencing pain on the right side of my my back about midway, my shoulder on my right side, and that went up all the way into my neck on the right side. It continued all day and throughout the next. The third day the pain was getting worse, but I had stopped coughing up blood. When I would cough up the blood it felt like I had to cough, but the cough was very dry and unproductive. This morning my back, shoulder, and neck spasmed for about an hour before I passed out. When I woke, I spit up blood again. I do not smoke , but I am between 260 to 270 lbs and about 5 7 tall.

Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Dear friend, welcome to HCM.
if you are coughing out blood (hemoptysis), you need an urgent check up to look for causes , which are many. pl. see your physician, get an xray and relevent tests. rule out some serious conditions.
do you get fever, breathlessness, giddiness, throat pain, chest pain?
local causes in the airway as well as lung pathilogies will give rise to hemoptysis.
so do not delay .

take care and keep me posted on your progress.
