4 days ago I woke up and upon clearing my throat there was blood in my phlegm . I was also experiencing pain on the right side of my my back about midway, my shoulder on my right side, and that went up all the way into my neck on the right side. It continued all day and throughout the next. The third day the pain was getting worse, but I had stopped coughing up blood. When I would cough up the blood it felt like I had to cough, but the cough was very dry and unproductive. This morning my back, shoulder, and neck spasmed for about an hour before I passed out. When I woke, I spit up blood again. I do not smoke , but I am between 260 to 270 lbs and about 5 7 tall.
