Blockage In Heart. No Pain. Want Diet Chart
sir, a few days back, i just came to know that there is blockage in my two nerves of heart ..one was 75% and other was 99% blocked.i hv taken treatment.two stunts have been put there in nerves which were blocked. i m ok now i have no pain.i m working properly.i just want to know proper diet chart which is best and healthy for me so that i couldnt get this problem again.please refer me ur guidlines and a chart.i m pur.e vegetarian and i never take any alchohal
