I ve been bloated for over two weeks, more tired, loss of appetite, weight loss and having the urge to pee but only a little bit coming out. Also ive been experiencing heartburn first i thought it was indigestion because of the heartburn and bloating so i drank prune juice and had alot of diarrhea and the heartburn and bloating didnt go away.

looks like your gut is not normalised. consuming good amout of yogurt (especially the medicated one) will help restore the normal balance of your digestive system.
Cold milk can get rid of the heartburns while having a slightly more toasted bread (light black) will give you some charcol to absord the toxins in your gut.
take care
wish you good health
