Bloating, Abdominal Cramps, Acidity, Headache, Nausea. Cure For Symptoms?

Hi my name is Kelley Boss. For years I've had bloating, abdominal cramps, gas, pain when I walk or stand, sometimes irritable, this though it ame with nausea, and a headache and no I'm not pregnant or on my period. Nobody can tell me what it is, I don't know what to so for it when it happens. Last week I had 3 days and it started again this morning as soon as I woke up. It's been bad the last two weeks. Sometimes I can go awhile before it happens and I don't really know when it happens either.

Hello,
Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
If I were your treating doctor for these symptoms , I would come up with these possibilities , these includes.
1 The first possibility is of peptic ulcer disease or Hiatus hernia.Diagnosis can be confirmed by upper G I endoscopy. Try raising the head of your bed about 4 inches with blocks. It also might help to avoid eating or drinking 2 hours before you lie down.To help control the stomach acid one should not drink alcohol or drinks with caffeine in them or eat chocolates or spicy or greasy foods.
Also take some antacid when you feel bloating abdominal cramps, gas formation.
But if symptoms are severe ,then you may need drugs like proton pump inhibitors.
2 Overeating is the main cause of above mentioned ,hence if possible avoid overeating.
3 Tension is also one of the most foremost , so if you have tension , consult a psychiatrist and get his opinion.
4 As you have not mentioned your age , if your age is around 50 years then consult a gynecologist and get his opinion.
In my opinion consult a physician and get his opinion and treatment .
Good luck. Dr. HET
