Hello dear...
The symptoms suggest that you might be having Urinary Tract Infection & blood in urine may be attributed to involvement of Urinary Bladder.
Management includes:
1. Drinking lots of dilutes the urine & reduces the burning sensation.
2. Antibiotics like Ciprofloxacine 500 mg twice a day.
3. Analgesics like paracetamol if there is associated fever.
4. Avoid acidic foods & drinks will be better to get your urine tests done & consult an Urologist.
One more thing...avoid intercourse untill the symptoms subside.
Wish you a speedy recovery.
Thanks & take care.

General & Family Physician Dr. Luchuo Engelbert Bain's  Response
what you describe is very characteristic of a urinary tract infection, probably of the bladder.
Its advisable to do a urine analysis, culture and antibiotic sensitivity tests or meet your physician for the prescription of an appropriate area specific anti biotic. While waiting, drink a lot of water and continue avoiding unprotected sex.
Wishing a fast recovery and best regards,
Luchuo, MD
