Bleeding During Bowel Movement, Bumps In Anus. Had Anal Sex. Are These Hemorrhoids?

So, me and my sexual partner would have anal sex (I am the one receiving it) . Shortly after that happened i stared bleeding during bowel movements and a week later i got a couple bumps around the opening of my anus, i didnt think much of it,until its covered in many now that bleed a lot and burn when i have a bowel movement, are these external hemorrhoids? And if so, is there any effectiv. Way to cure them very quickly?

You need proper clinical examination and investigations.
Bleeding may be due to hemorrhoid or fissure.
You need surgical opinion.
Treatment depends upon nature and severity of injury.
You may need antibiotics ,laxative or surgical interventions.
Anal sex is very risky for STD,so reasons for bumps should be investigated.
