Blacked Out, Heart Slowed Down, Low BP. Had Echocardiogram, Stress Test, EKG, Normal. What Happened?

My heart skipped and then felt like it wasn't beating and i went to feel my pulse and the edges of my vision started to black out. so, i coughed and it all came back to normal. it only took about 5 seconds if that. I've had two echocardiograms, stress test, EKGS, halter monitors, event monitors, very low blood pressure, POTs but this is the first time my vision ever went black. What could it be?

Dear Sir/ Ma'm
Welcome to HCmagic.
Symptomatic skipped beats, possibly due to a prolonged post-extrasystolic pause. Whenever we have premature contraction, there is a longer than normal pause between two beats. At times it is too long (indicating disease of our sinus node sometimme). This may be one explanation of your symptoms.
POTS may be associated with symptomatic postural hypotension, where BP falls to sch an extent on standing, that you may have blackout.
A disturbance (slowing) of conduction system of heart may also be the culprit.
Get yourself examined. Your physician should rule out postural hypotension.Try to get another holter. But it will pick up the disturbance only if you have a repeat of "this attack" in that 24 hours. Get another ECG to see if there is a baseline conduction disturbance?
Feel free to discuss further.
Sincerely
Sukhvinder
