Black Stains On Lip, Sore And Sensitive. Weed Smoker. Will I Be Okay?

I smoke weed through a glass bong everyday about an oz every 5 days and I believe because of this It has caused small black stains on my lower lip that look as though they are under a layer of skin and no matter how hard I have tried to scrub them they do not go away and sometimes get sore and sensitive :( is there anything I can do to get rid of them?
