HELLO I AM 38YEARS OLD. I NOTICED THIS BLACK SPOT ON THE SHAFT OF MY PENIS ABOUT 5YEARS AGO. WHEN I FIRST NOTICED IT I SHOWED TO MY WIFE AND WE THOUGHT IT WAS BIRTH MARK THE MOLE IS THERE AND IS BLACK IN COLOR. THIS YEAR I STARTED APPLYING ETHYL ALCOHOL SOLUTION AFTER USING THE TOILET AS DISINFECTANT AND I JUST NOTICED THREE TINY NOT VISIBLE MOLE. WHAT WILL BE THE COURSE. I NEED YOUR ADVISE

A Doctor needs to look at it first.Do not apply anything without diagnosis.This could be a simple mole or a skin tumor called melanoma.If any suspicion is aroused removal of the mole by surgeon and examination under microscope (Excision Biopsy)is necessary
