Black marks, bumps on face oozing out clear liquid. Taken medication. History of acne. No relief. Treatment?

Hello, I am a 40 year old African American woman. I have necer suffered with acne before. Recently I have gotten what I will call bumps only on my face that have a pinhole that constantly and continuously ooze clear liquid and then crust over. It then forms a hard scab. It started as one or 2, now they are all over my face. I have been told any and everything from impetigo , acne, eczema , no medicine given seems to help. I have been given benzoyl peroxide gel, differen, solodyn, acayan. I just need help please. I interview daily at work and it s hindering my performance. It s so embarrassing. I have black marks all over in addition to the bumps.

Hi the bumps on face with clear oozing fluid can be impetigo can be treated by oral antibiotic twice daily and application of mupirocin ointment after saline compressors twice daily and a anti inflammatory agent twice daily.regarding black spots they can be cured by application of kojic acid twice daily .if no response try chemical peels with azalic acid or mandelic acid
