Bite Marks On Body, Swollen Eye Lids, Bed Bugs Rule Out. What Else Could It Be?

hello my fiance has been to a family doctor for bite marks that have appeard on his forehead and eyelid and body but he was perscribed antibiotics which did help with the swelling in his eye and itch but ran out 2 days ago and last nite he was feeling like something was biteing him and has 2 more bumps on his hands and 3 on his forehead and 2 on his upper right eyelid again which is again swollen what could it be we checked for bed bugs waashed everything and now he has it again yet im not getting bit?? i can send photos if needed thank you

Bite marks on the face along with swelling can be due to urticaria with angioedema.the reason can be due to insect stings.the treatment consists of antihistamines and calamine lotion
