I have no belly fat. When i flex my abdominal, there is definition. However when i am totally relaxed, I have a big belly. It looks as if i am full of air. I work ut 3-5 times a week, have a VERY small body fat percentage and have an overall athletic body type. I do ab exercises every other day. What could be causing my big belly? How can i fix it?
