Bidy soreness, difficulty in walking, throat ache, pounding headaches followed by continuous vomiting. What is the cure?

I woke up Tuesday morning with my body really sore it was hard to walk, my throught has been hurting and hard to eat and swallow . I have pounding headaches and they feel line they keep getting worse and worse . And I can t stop pucking. And its still going on till this day . What s going on . I never get sick at least not this bad.
