Hello ,
Welcome to HCM forum.
You did have a bout of gastroenteritis which has been partially treated.
The lommofen and Redott are antidiarrhoeals which can cause constipated bowel as a sideffect . You needed to complete the course of antibiotic as per your doctors prescription( usually a week ) . As of now it's best to get yourself reevaluated and if necessary get a stool test done and start antibiotics if needed.
Meanwhile take a daily probiotic supplement ( lactobacillus etc)for faster healing of your gut.
Wishing you a speedy recovery.
