Been experiencing stomach pain after waking up, feel constipated. What is wrong?

Hi Stephen, I have been experiencing stomach pain in the morning when I wake up, at about 5am and the feeling of having to go to the toilet. I usually feel slightly constipated at this time and very little if any stool is excreted. This repeats itself every half hour till about 7am. I do smoke pot every day and wondered if this is the reason for my symptoms?
