Bases On My HSG Reports, Is My Tube Fully Damaged?

my HSG report says that right tube is not visualized & left tube is partly visualized and blocked. Tube is not visualized means what it is fully damaged
It will affect the pregnancy.
By natural way i will not get pregnant?
Test tube baby treatment is only option?

Thanks for writing in.

The tubes may be affected by chronic infection and that is the reason that they have lost patency. Under such situations the egg and sperm are fertilized separately outside the body in vitro and then the embryo is implanted into the uterus which is made suitable to accept and carry a pregnancy. Test tube babies are born this way. There are many newer procedures in assisted reproduction which can help you.
