Bad Spots On Jawline, Neck. Applying Cortisone Cream. Is This Granuloma?

i keep having these really bad spots appearing on my jawline and neck. some appear as a pimple and i picked at it and it got big as a quarter. they have these little white spots underneath the skin so i got some tweasers and pulled out what looks like a tiny sebaceous cyst sack. the latest to come up was 3 spots and they itched like crazy. cortisone cream made two of them from getting full blown but the other is just a big red whelp that wont go away. what is this and how do i keep from getting them? research i did said it could be a granuloma caused by a bad tooth.

Hai,
Thanks for posting your query to HCM. I think you must be having acne small nodules and cysts. Corticosteroids is not the answer for it. You must consult a dermatologist and start using isotretinoin or minocycline orally for few months till you improve. since these drugs may produce some side effects self medication is not adviced.
