Bad Smelling Penis. Is It Gonorrhea?

I just started dating this guy and we ve been intimate. His penis smells so bad that I have to stop. It s a putrid smell and i have smelled it just coming off him even when we are not intimate. I am terrified what I am reading about gonorrhea and I don t know how to ask him. He is quite a lot older than me and I think he has no idea!

Bad smell of penis can be due to various causes:
1. Poor Hygiene Smegma—Oily secretions from the skin can accumulate under the foreskin of the penis. It is a thick, bad-smelling substance.
2. Urinary tract Infection
3. Balanitis
4. Various STD's
5. Yeast Infection(rare)
Smegma—Oily secretions from the skin can accumulate under the foreskin of the penis. It is a thick, bad-smelling substance.

Treatment depends on the underlying cause.
If there is an infection, treatment will include an appropriate antibiotic or antifungal medication.
Taking appropriate hygiene measures
In cases of severe or persistent problem, a circumcision may be recommended.
