Background: I'm 38 And Have Thoracolumbar Dextroscoliosis Which Makes Me

Background: I'm 38 and have thoracolumbar dextroscoliosis which makes me to sit on my right hip and causes severe pain from the area of torque in my thoracic spine, my lower back, right hip and down my leg. I have 2 bulging discs at l4 to s1, spondylosis, foraminal narrowing, and stenosis. I'm in constant pain from when I wake up to finally getting to sleep. I also now have chronic bursitis at my right trochanter.. which is new. I've been diagnosed with FMS. I'm on norco, zanaflex, gabapentin, doxepin, vitamin d, magnesium and co q10 daily as well as spine and hip injections every 3 to 4 months just to be able to walk. I've also had rfa previously.

I'm very tired of being told scoliosis doesn't hurt. I have ribs that stick out at my collar bone and below my breasts at my sternum. Yes, this is painful as well. Even on the meds it's very hard to do simple things like housework without flaring up and having to rest for a day or two before I can do anything else.

My entire spine throbs and pulsates throughout my body to my finger tips and through my legs. It feels like inflammation more than nerve pain. I go back to my rheumatologist on the 1st to discuss this with her. Can all this throbbing pulsating pain throughout my spine be from the scoliosis? I've been tested for other autoimmune diseases and nothing was positive although my brain mri shows demyleation, possible ms was dismissed.

I've been suffering for years and have recently loss my job because the pain is so debilitating I can't drive 40 minutes to work or sit in a chair upright all day. I'm lost at where to turn next as orthopedic docs tell me there is nothing they will do because it may not make me better. I know my question is probably lost in this so again, what could be causing the throbbing pulsating pain in my spine? Thank you.
