Back Stool. Taking Phytolacca Berry Tablets. Smoker, Alcoholic. Blame Poor Food Habits?

I have been taking pytholacca berry tablets before my meals since the past two weeks. I have realised my stool has turned black since the past week. I smoke and alcohol is restricted to two times a week. However food habits are poor, like the quality of food intake. My work hours are also fluctuating. I am 27 years old, 6 ft in height and weigh 110 kgs.
