Diabetologist 's  Response
Dear sir/madam

Your medicines are good and combination is also good. you must be experiencing these symptoms due to
1. Gastroesophageal reflux disease
2. Angina

Usually ECG will be normal, but you need to follow up with TMT and 2D ECHO scans and review.

Thanks

General & Family Physician Dr. Pavan Kumar Gupta's  Response
Hello,
Although an increased ratio of R/S in V1 lead could be a normal variant but it could also mean some serious problem like right bundle branch block, right ventricular hyper trophy, posterior myocardial infarction, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy etc.
There is nothing to get panicky over it and consult a cardiologist for proper evaluation of your heart.
Long standing uncontrolled diabetes does increase the chances of various types of cardiovascular complications.
Make sure that ypu keep your sugar levels in tight control by regular medications, dietary control and required exercises.
Thanks
