Back Pain, Done With Urine Analysis. Suggestions?

hi may i ask my back has been aching for a week so i decided to have my urinalysis because i been wondering if i have a uti or any kidney problem thnak you for answering
here's the result of my urinalysis
color - yellow
odor - aromatic
transparancy - hazy
specific gravity - 1.008
occult blood- negative
protein - trace
glucose - negative
ketone - negative
ph - 6
pus cell - 1-2/hpf
r.b.c- none
cast - none
uric acid - occasional
calcium oxilate - occasional
epithelial cell - moderAte
mucous threads- moderate
amorphous urates - few

Your urinalysis does not show UTI. However it has some mucous and epithelial cells. It may be an improperly collected sample.
Please repeat a clean catch mid-stream collection of urine sample and see if it shows pus cells.
Please be guide4d by your doctor as there may be other causes of back pain apart from UTI.
