Baby Having Lot Of Pressure On Face, Stressful Noise While Urinating, Passing Stool. Will Feeding Bottle Affect Jaws?

Hello Doctor, I am blessed with a baby who was born on 10th May 2013. He has completed his 5 month now. I see him having lot of pressure on his face and creating lot of stressful noise ( asif he has to force and release ) whenever he urinates. He also does this when he poos. It happens mostly when he is doing this while having nappies. Rest of the time he does not do this always but sometime he does.

And my wife says if we use feeding bottle to give milk, it affect his jaws. She is using a small bowl and sppon to give formula milk.

Kindly advise on both the topics below

Kind Regards,

Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,
Thank you for asking question on health care magic.
When a male infant is straining for passing urine, usually it is due to congenital urethral valves leading to repeated urinary tract infection.
Better consult a pediatrician and confirm or rule out this possibility as early as possible
regarding your second query, using a small bowl and a spoon is good. Bottle feeding leads to infection if not sterilized properly
It affects jaws because he has to suck continuously
Hope this answer will serve your purpose
Please feel free to ask any more queries if required
Take care
