Baby Having Chest Congestion, Runny Nose, Fever. Prescribed Medicines, Nebulisation. Drinking Milk Occasionally, No Solids. Looks Weak. Time For Improvement?

My son is 10 months old. Weight is 9kgs. For the past 4 days He has been having chest congestion, runny nose and fever peaking at 101 mainly in afternoon and at night. He has been prescribed nebulization with levolin 0.31 every 2 to 3 hours and budecort 0.5 every 12 hours. Tminic drops .5ml thrice daily and crocin drops 1.5ml SOS. He has stopped eating solids for 2 days now and has breast milk occasionally. He turns away from bottle milk. I'm worried because he is not eating and looks very weak. Are the medicines correct? When will he show signs of improvement? He has started the nebulization yesterday. But has been having the rest of medicines for 4 days now.

next tminic can be stopeed since u have mentioned that there is chest congestion.bcoz tminic doesnt work for chest congestion.
time for improvement 2 or 3 days if it is mild bronchiolitis
