Pediatrician 's  Response
Hello sir/madam,
I am highly considerate regarding your concerns. Your baby is probably having Facial dysmorphism with decreased muscle tone. You have not described regarding her developmental milestones. In such cases, it is required to rule out some chromosomal disorders and also some of the genetic disorders. By knowing perfect diagnosis, will help in treatment of some cases and knowing the prognosis of all, through genetic counselling. So it is essential that complete work up is done according to your pediatrician's advise. Thank you
